Origin: the Selva Central of Peru
Our coffee grows between 1,700 and 1,950 meters above sea level in the Andean-Amazonian highlands of Junín, where cold nights and sunny days slow the ripening of the cherry and concentrate its sugars. Every lot keeps its origin identity — grower, altitude, variety and processing method — and is cupped under SCA protocol before shipment.
